Becoming, Again

There are moments in life when nothing dramatic happens —
no breakup, no loss, no visible ending.
And yet…
everything inside you shifts.
You realize you are no longer who you were,
but you are not fully who you are becoming either.
This in-between space can feel lonely.
Uncertain.
Quiet in a way that forces you to listen.
I’ve lived many versions of myself.
Across countries, relationships, dreams, and realities most people never see from the outside.
What I’ve learned is this:
rebirth doesn’t always come with fire.
Sometimes it comes with silence.
With choosing yourself without announcing it.
With letting go without explaining.
With walking forward even when the path is unclear.
This diary exists for these moments.
For the thoughts we don’t always share.
For the versions of ourselves that deserve to be honored, even in transition.
Today, I’m not finished.
But I’m becoming.
And that is enough.
